Tiger Scoreboard is a web-based scoreboard application designed for badminton matches and tournaments. The Service provides features for:

• Real-time score display and management
• Player and match information tracking
• GOR/Club management and administration
• Tournament and match history
• User registration and authentication
• Administrative controls and analytics

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including unauthorized use. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or other breach of security.

3.3 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your account is used for fraudulent purposes
• You provide false or misleading information
• You engage in abusive or disruptive behavior
• You violate applicable laws or regulations

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Tiger Scoreboard to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tiger Scoreboard for personal and business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5.3 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (player names, match data, comments). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for service improvement and analytics.

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 Privacy Policy

Your use of Tiger Scoreboard is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand our data practices.

6.2 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of all data you input into Tiger Scoreboard, including match scores, player information, and personal details.

7. Payment and Subscription

7.1 Pricing

Tiger Scoreboard offers both free and paid subscription plans. Current pricing is displayed on our website and in the application.

7.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions renew automatically on the renewal date
• You will be charged the subscription fee on your recurring billing date
• Taxes and fees are calculated based on your location
• Invoices are issued upon payment

7.3 Refund Policy

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable except as required by law. Contact support@tigerscoreboard.com for refund requests within 7 days of purchase.

7.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimers

We make no warranties regarding:

• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
• Accuracy or reliability of content
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Absence of viruses or harmful components

8.2 Limitation of Damages

In no event shall Tiger Scoreboard be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tiger Scoreboard and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Maintenance windows and updates may affect availability.

We implement security measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. You use Tiger Scoreboard at your own risk. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account or data loss due to circumstances beyond our control.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Tiger Scoreboard shall be resolved through:

1. Informal negotiation between the parties (30 days)
2. Mediation (if negotiation fails)
3. Binding arbitration or court proceedings in Indonesia (if mediation fails)

14. Intellectual Property Claims

If you believe Tiger Scoreboard infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at legal@tigerscoreboard.com with:

• Description of the allegedly infringing content
• Your contact information
• Proof of ownership of the intellectual property right
• Statement under penalty of perjury that the complaint is accurate

15. Termination

15.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion through your account settings or contacting support.

15.2 Termination by Tiger Scoreboard

We may terminate your account or access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. We may delete your data according to our retention policy, unless required to retain it by law.

16. Amendments to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Severability
